<p>This study investigated the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential of extracts from Java plum leaves (Syzygium cumini) obtained using various solvents, including 96%, 70%, 45% ethanol, and water. The results showed that the 45% ethanol extract contained the highest total polyphenol content (408.81 mg GAE/g), while the 96% ethanol extract exhibited the highest total flavonoid content (44.24 mg QE/g).
